Celebrate Halloween in this one of a kind sugar skull skirt!
This handmade 💯cotton black fabric base features six sugar skull panels in all different colours which have been sewn into place and then surrounded by black ric rac frames. To finish it all off, the hemline has coloured Pom poms!
This  one of a kind skirt measure 68cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included) photos don’t do it justice!
As per all of my skirts, the elastic waistband will be made to fit your waist measurements (up to 39inch waist)
