A quality 💯 cotton fabric, featuring pictures of Elvis in bright colours & then surrounded by orange ric rac & then perfectly co ordinated with purple & white stripe fabric!
Skirt measures 66cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39 inch)
