A 100% cotton red musical notes print fabric, then a red cotton fabric featuring 6 shiny faux leather appliques that are sewn on the skirt & then finish off with black shimmer velvet ribbon on the boarder & black ribbon on the hemline!
Skirt measures 64cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39 inch)
