This 💯quality, cotton fabric featuring 1959s style diner signs & has been co ordinated perfectly with a blue and white gingham cotton fabric. All boarders have been surrounded by red ric rac!
This  one of a kind skirt measure 68cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included) photos don’t do it justice!
As per all of my skirts, the elastic waistband will be made to fit your waist measurements (up to 39inch waist)
