This unique skirt features Care Bears with bows on a 💯 cotton pale aqua fabric & then perfectly surrounded by aqua white stripe fabric, pink ric rac on all boarders & then finished off with purple bows!!!
As per all of my skirts, the elastic waistband will be made to fit your waist measurements (up to 39inch)
measuring 68cm in length from the bottom of the waistband.
