Celebrate love in this one of a kind skirt!
This 💯 cotton fabric featuring red hearts on a black background & has been co ordinated perfectly with a black fabric. There is one extra large and 6 large metallic faux leather vinyl balloons with a red cord string! The two boarders have been surrounded by red ric rac & the hemline has a black lace.
This skirt measure 67cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included) photos don’t do it justice!
As per all of my skirts, the elastic waistband will be made to fit your waist measurements (up to 39inch waist)
