This 💯quality cotton fabric features fan art illustrations of the ship cruising the islands & has been co ordinated perfectly with a red with white polka dot fabric. The top boarders have black ric rac with black ribbon on the bottom boarder and all finished off with white bows!
This skirt measure 63cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included)
