A quality 💯 cotton fabric, featuring 2 large panels of Elvis performing surrounded by red ribbon & then perfectly co ordinated panels of red & black stripe & black with a top & bottom boarder of red ribbon!
Skirt measures 64cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39 inch)
