This 💯quality cotton fabric features the fan art illustrations of all your favourite characters in sea worthy outfits and the ship surrounded by a white background & has been co ordinated perfectly with a blue and white stripe fabric. The top boarder has red ric rac, the middle boarders has red Pom poms and the bottom boarder has red ribbon and then finished up with black bows!
This skirt measure 64cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included)
