A quality 💯 cotton fabric featuring sprinkles print & perfectly co ordinated with a teal cotton fabric. Then you have a large appliqué that is sewn into place of Betty Boop fan art as the feature! Then finished off with yellow ric rac on both boarders and a pink lace hemline!
Skirt measures 68cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
