This 💯quality cotton fabric features the most stunning fan art illustrations of Belle and her favourite friends surrounded by pinks and navy background & has been co ordinated perfectly with a yellow with white polka dot fabric. The boarders feature blue ric rac with the middle boarders in blue Pom poms and then a pink lace hemline & then finished up with pink bows!
This skirt measure 65cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included)
