A quality 💯 cotton fabric with black polka dots on a yellow background & perfectly co ordinated with black cotton fabric. Then you have a large appliqué that is sewn into place with Might Mouse fan art as the feature! then finished off with black ric rac on the top boarder!
Skirt measures 68cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39 inch)
