This 💯quality cotton fabric featuring hearts with adorable words on a red fabric & has been co ordinated perfectly with a multi stripe in shades of pinks, white & reds cotton fabric. The top boarders have been surrounded by red ric rac!
This  one of a kind skirt measure 68cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & is photographed here with a crinoline, top & belt to show you how fabulous it can look (not included) photos don’t do it justice!
