A quality 💯 cotton fabric, featuring all different images of Elvis in his black leather outfit, surrounded by black ric rac on the middle boarders and red Pom Pom’s on the hemline then finish it off with perfectly co ordinated black with red polka dot cotton fabric!
Skirt measures 64cm in length & as you can see in the photos, it's nice and full (photographed with a petticoat, top and belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39inch)
