A quality 💯 cotton fabric, featuring fan art, out of print licenced Elvis seasons greetings letters in envelopes & Christmas flowers on a green background. The top fabric features a perfectly matched plaid with Christmas flowers! The two boarders feature a red sparkle velvet ribbon that is gorgeous under lights.
Skirt measures 69cm in length from the bottom of the waistband & as you can see in the photos, it's nice & full (photographed with a petticoat, top & belt for demo purpose, not included).
As these skirts are made to measure waists, the elastic waistband will be fitted to you (Up to 100cm/39 inch)
